The last few weeks have been a whirlwind of activity for me personally, with plenty of ups and downs. The saga continues this week. Through all of this, I’ve struggled to put together a post each time I’ve sat down at my desk and looked at my computer; and this feeling has continued up until now. I don’t know what to do about it.

Last weekend I had the wonderful opportunity to sit in on what came to be a humbling experience.
Have you ever had an interest in something and spent so much time reading it, talking about it, and even doing it that you had the gall to believe that you were well versed in it? Not too far out of a concept to consider, especially in my case with creating this blog (although I acknowledge that I’m also still trying to figure it out).

There’s just something about holding a physical book in your hand that’s so satisfying. The flipping of pages marking continual progress as you ingest pertinent information that hopefully builds into a satisfying story. By the last page, if you haven’t been bamboozled, you’re left with a feeling of completion; and while the narrative itself may have left you with a variety of other emotions, you’re still pleased that you went on that creative journey.
